By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Any lot evaluation, design or construction work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Custom Home Builder Burlington.

3. Website Information Is General

Prices, timelines, permit durations and regulatory information on this website are general guidance based on typical Burlington and Halton projects. They are not a quote, a guarantee of permit approval or legal, engineering or planning advice. Approval decisions rest with the City of Burlington, Halton Region, Conservation Halton, the Niagara Escarpment Commission and other agencies. Your fixed price and schedule are set only in a signed written contract, after a written lot evaluation.

4. Calculators

Our cost estimator and draw schedule calculator produce illustrative planning figures using simplified formulas. Results are not offers to contract, and actual costs depend on your lot, design, specification and market conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Before contract, we charge only the lot evaluation fee. Under our standard design-build contract, 10 percent is due at signing and the balance is paid in milestone draws as set out in the contract, subject to the Ontario Construction Act holdback.

6. Warranty

New homes we build are enrolled with Tarion and carry the statutory warranty under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act: 1-year workmanship, 2-year mechanical and 7-year major structural coverage, subject to Tarion's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, layouts and images, belongs to Custom Home Builder Burlington or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Ownership and use of project drawings are set out in your pre-construction services agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Custom Home Builder Burlington is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information, from temporary website unavailability or from third-party websites linked from this site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
